What is the minimum order?
$180 per ship date, equals about 25-30 pairs depending on the style selected.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $300, via Fedex ground.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes! Please contact your rep Barb@pac-mfg.com to get a quote. Be sure to
include your shipping address and the number of pairs you are considering.
Do you ship internationally?Yes! We use Fedex International.
Do you have a POP display ?
Yes, we have newly designed displays in stock. They are free with orders over
$300. Just let us know you would like one included with your order. If you need
extra, they are available to purchase for $40.
Forgot NuOrder password?
Go to app.next.nuorder.com and select Forgot your password? Enter the email
address associated with your Nuorder user and select submit to resent an email
sent confirmation. Check your email for additional instructions, including a link to
access your account and reset your password.
Can't log into NuOrder with email?
We are happy to help check which email address is associated with your profile
so you can login. Please contact Barb@pac-mfg.com.
I need to change my address, but don’t see a way on Nuorder?
Each brand controls their contact’s address information. Please email your rep
email@example.com to request an address change. Brands control address
information because changing the address can impact orders as well as
integrations to a brands ERP system.
How do I add/manage cards?Hover over your initials in the lower left corner and select MANAGE CREDIT
- Select add new card to enter credit card information and the associated billing address.
- Select save card to store the information.
