Trilogy Sanctuary is a haven for wellness enthusiasts and those seeking a unique, holistic experience. This serene sanctuary offers a diverse range of activities designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. The SHASHI team started off their Trilogy experience by slipping on our favorite SHASHI grip socks and starting with an aerial yoga class that had us soaring and stretching in a tranquil, open air environment. The gentle breezes, stunning views, and the feeling of weightlessness made for an unforgettable experience.
After our aerial yoga session, we indulged in delicious, plant-based meals at Trilogy's vegan cafe. The cafe’s menu is full of nutritious and flavorful dishes that cater to a variety of dietary preferences. We couldn't resist a round of their delicious smoothies, packed with fresh, organic ingredients. Some of their go-to menu items, like the Perfect Tacos, were a hit with our team. The vibrant atmosphere of the cafe, combined with the tasty food, made for a perfect post-yoga dining experience. It's a great spot to relax, refuel, and enjoy some quality time with the team.
Our experience at Trilogy Sanctuary, ended with a visit to their Totem Boutique, where we shopped for unique, eco-friendly clothing and accessories. The boutique offers a selection of items that reflect the sanctuary's commitment to sustainability and mindful living. From stylish activewear to handmade jewelry, there was something for everyone. Trilogy Sanctuary is more than just a wellness center, it's a vibrant community dedicated to health, mindfulness, and sustainable living. Our visit left us feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and nourished and we can't wait to return.
